Vision & Aim

Hi friends,

Welcome to Gurmat Darshan.com formed with a secular vision and spiritual aim.

It all started with the opening of “GURMAT DARSHAN LIBRARY” in our locality’s Singh Sabha Gurudwara in November 2010 as a small step towards our larger vision. Though the initiative of setting up the Library was an enriching and satisfying experience itself, but still after starting it I felt some new kind of expressions, visions and ideas coming into the mind about religion, sikhism and on more wider world of spirituality in general.

So, along with being a professional writer on Cinema (at www.bobbytalkscinema.com), I also decided to write in detail on my own religion and on my personal religious expressions more specifically. And what else could be more better platform than starting a website, where my writings would be readily available for all the interested and thoughtful readers all over the world.

Hence, here I am willing to express myself openly and frankly in front of a world wide audience, with a hope of meeting many thoughtful minds online which would further lead us to cherish more enlightening experiences together through this instant medium of interaction.

The aim behind the effort is not to raise a debate or prove a particular point to someone. But truly speaking, its a spirited and sincere effort to share my views and outlook towards various subjects, learned and understood through many personal experiences in the years lived so far.

The vision is to have a group of understanding, thoughtful and willing friends, who at a later stage might be helpful in forming a non-profit group or organisation which will work for spreading more awareness in the society about Universal Brotherhood as the most important message of our Holy Masters. A group which would also offer its humble services for various social activities to serve the humanity as a whole and help the most deserved persons in need.

The source of running our activities would be our own DASVANDH and the contributions we would be duly receiving from all the friends and supporters walking on their own individual path of Spiritualism.

The first step in this direction has been taken by opening GURMAT DARSHAN LIBRARY in our Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Moti Nagar in New Delhi and lets see where the ALMIGHTY guides us from here in the near future.
